Cookies and consent
Non-essential cookies are stored only after your active consent in the cookie bar. Without consent Google Analytics does not run. The boutique map is always a static image with a link out. Change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
Analytics and map
With consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC in the USA). Purpose: understand visits, traffic sources and contact clicks. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Analytics IPs are anonymised. Default GA4 retention is typically 14 months. Recipient: Google. Transfers outside the EU/EEA (USA) may occur under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Google’s standard contractual clauses. Without consent measurement does not run. The boutique location is a static image and a link to Google Maps — we do not load an interactive map.
Contact by WhatsApp and phone
If you message or call us, we process your phone number and message content to arrange a boutique visit. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)). We keep data only as long as needed to arrange the visit and meet any legal duties. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — their terms also apply.
Social links and hosting
The site links to Instagram and Facebook; simply opening our site does not send them data. Hosting is provided by Netlify (Netlify, Inc.), which processes technical operational data (e.g. IP in server logs) as needed to deliver the page.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (for cookies anytime via Cookie settings). You may lodge a complaint with the Czech DPA (uoou.gov.cz). Contact us on WhatsApp +420 792 357 942 or at the shop.
